All Coaches must also complete the RESPECT IN SPORT on-line course. This is a one-time course, not an annual requirement.  It will take approx 2 hours, and can be done in segments as your time permits.  Click on this link to access the course:   RESPECT IN SPORT

For coaches who need to complete workbooks to obtain certification:  DO NOT submit a workbook which has been photocopied (for copyright reasons); an original workbook must be completed (although you are encouraged to photocopy your completed workbook for your records before submitting the original for evaluation).

All Coaches are required to obtain a Criminal Record Check from your local RCMP detachment.  You must go to the detachment in person to request one (bring ID).  Please give to Liz.

Westlock Lacrosse Association has coaching resources, including DVD's and manuals.  These will be distributed to the head coaches, for all interested coaches (or potential coaches) to use.  Please contact Liz if you are interested in more info.

GELC team Coaches and Managers should be aware of the GELC Bylaws and Regulations.  Please take some time to review these documents.
